TAX COURT CASE; REASONABLE VALUE OF OFFICER’S SERVICES: (LA, Before US Tax Ct)
Ostrove testified that Taxpayer was entitled to salary deductions far in excess of that allowed by tax court Judge. Tax Court Judge refused to accept Ostrove’s expert opinion. REVERSED on appeal. Appeal Court held consistent with Ostrove’s expert opinion.
